It's already been almost 1,5 months since NVC assigned case number and we're still stand at this stage until now.

On August 23rd, we received a checklist for my case, i've already predicted that we'll get one since my husband was too rush in filling out the AOS form without doing the double check before sending it out :bonk: with the help of Jim and A.S :) we've finally been able to finalize the checklist, fill out the new aos form, having my FIL as Co-sponsor, and having my MIL I-864A and have her signed the form too. And we did the same thing too for my son's case and send the package out with confidence on September 7th (the IV been sent out on Sept 5th) Well, i thought everything will go smooth after this and that we will get a CC soon :luv: but unfortunately, on Sept 13, we received a checklist for my son's case, they asked for my husband's self employment status :bonk: dang dang...!! and do the correction on my son's Biographic Information which does not match the principal applicant of the associate petition B-) Confuse, i made a call, the lady that i spoke to told me that his name does not match to the one in their system, could you do a correction on his name please? just email us copy of his biographic page and we'll do the correction, she said, i email it right way. Got a confirmation the next day saying that they've updated the name phew.. Few days later, on Sept 17, we received another checklist for my son's case again :o it didn't say anything about the AOS package, it only said that we need to send IV form Part 1 asap! confuse, we gave a call. The lady to whom my husband spoke to, said that the 2nd checklist was wrong, they're still waiting for his self employment status and the new aos form :o woott!! She said that the Applicant's name is different from the one on their system, not again!! and ask us to do the correction on Part 5 line 22h, we should put '3' in line h and put '0' on 21d :o my husband has a girl and she is listed on his tax return. Getting upset, after having a longggg argument with the lady, my husband filled the form out as what the lady asked him to , such as: on Part 2, we put my son's name as the one in their system, on part 5 line 21h, we put 3

We're screwed huh!

Please keep us in your prayers, that we don't get anymore checklist after this but a CC  it's really frustrating, and i know i'm not the only here who get frustrated being apart from our half for so long.

My god bless us all...
