Hi everybody, like a lot of other vj members we are waiting patiently for our USCIS approval. Igor's stats are very misleading because of the few lucky people who have been approved rather quickly. I would like to ask all of those that have been given some sort of information, be it approval or and RFE, to update your timelines so that the information here on the vj website be slightly more accurate. To me it seems like the USCIS has skipped processing the June or JUly applications, or everything is grinding to a halt for all but the very lucky few.

You need to keep in mind that VJ and Igor's list only represent a small fraction of the activity at the service centers.

I understand and know that vj only represents a tiny fraction of the total applications to the USCIS. However, Igor's stats are highly influenced by what is entered. I noticed that when the two recent early NOA2 approvals were given and updated on vj, the stats went from a wait of almost 90 days down to a wait of just over 60. I think that this is something that needs to be improved with Igor's stats, as obviously the date that it gives that forms are currently processing is highly influenced by what is submitted. It currently says that forms from around the middle of July are being done, but i believe that it would be closer to early June. I just would not like people looking at the site and getting the wrong idea as it seems i did when i first became a member. Don't get me wrong I think this site is a valuable tool for all of those that are trying or waiting for immigration matters

Thanks for bringing up this topic, as I have been watching Igor's timelines too. It look odd when people from Oct 2010 forwards are still waiting, so I had concluded that there must be those who join up in a flurry of enthusiasm and then forget to update when the good news comes.
