U.S Citizenship and immigration services has reviewed your petition to remove conditions on residence FORM I-751 and supporting evidence. Your supporting evidence does not sufficiently establish that you and your spouse entered the marriage in good faith and continue to share a life together. REALLY WTFF??

After sending whole bunch of pictures to them even a picture of her name tatto'ed on my chest pictures of us traveling, plane tickets that we took trips back home. Our apt lease both of our names on the lease. Insurance cards etc.

What the fk do i send these people? I mean my wife is pregnant now i can send the ultra sound picture, these people maybe will believe us that we're living together..

Or should i make a porn tape and send it to them?

What about drivers licence with same address? Car insurance cards in both names? Bills in both names? Wills or Powers of Attorneys? What about affidavits from friends and family.

Joint tax returns you said you have. What joint assets do you have? What joint bills do you have? Tony and I have have electricity and phone in joint names.

There are many reasons to have a joint bank account.. but most people on this site probably do it because USCIS suggested it. It's worked out well for us for tony to have access to "my" account. I can go to the bank to get his but his is usually bills and mind is spending money :)

Did you forget to include a copy of marriage license? Add eachother to your bank accounts then have the bank print out a statment there show bother of your names. Have friends and family write affidavits to attest your relation ship with one another. Do you have pictures of you guys together with your family together. Do you have pictures from your guys's wedding? Have your spous's name added to all the utilities.

This is not a strong evidence of legit marriage, unless her name is unique. Joint Tax Return and Joint Lease agreement is the best ammunition when lift condition. Pictures comes second to USCIS.

Joint bank account has nothing to do with how much money you have. Does your wife have her own account? If not, how does she access cash if not a joint owner of your account?

A little baby is a big item of evidence in this case. You should certainly send the ultrasound picture, as well as copies of any medical bills for your child that you're paying. And, yes, send the tax returns, joint bank statements, so forth. I'd also think about letters and statements from family members and friends that can confirm you guys are living as husband and wife. (If you're in a church, a letter from a minister or priest is good.)

Has she done this process before with anyone else? Or could she have a name that is close to someone else's in the system that USCIS thinks is trying to defraud them? You guys may be doing everything right, and something else is interfering.

Give them every piece of evidence you can. Think quality AND quantity. Give them an inch of paperwork to go through that all says the same thing.

Care,

Bill

The ONLY "evidence" you sent that was worthwhile was the lease. And it is of marginal value. I can make a lease on my printer right now, tell me what names you want on it. We can get anyone or two or three people to sign it. A porn tape would not prove anything either. A pregnancy does not prove anything in itself other than she is pregnant. They prefer documents that you did not and cannot make yourself. Do it yourself documents do not cut it. Going on vacation together does not cut it.

Joint tax transcripts from the IRS, joint checking/savings accounts, joint car ownership/insurance, joint medical insurance, life insurance with her as beneficiary, her listed as emergency contact on work and medical papers, copies of drivers licenses with the same address, etc. Read the pinned topic at the top of the forum. Rather than an ultrasound, get a copy of her medical file showing you as the emergency contact or responsible party.

We sent NO photos. None. We were approved without an interview.

VERMONT! I Reject Your Reality...and Substitute My Own!
