i have question about apply N 400. my wife is us citizen.

is that i can file N 400 after 2 year 9 month,

i was reading forms and found we can file n400 3 mounth before 3 year.

is it true,

You can file 90 days before the 3 year anniversary of your greencard if you've been married to your wife for the whole time.

90 days is usually just under 3 months.

It is 90 days and NOT 3 months before the 3 year. Please be careful since I heard of some cases where 3 months was a total of 91 or 92 days and the USCIS rejected because of only 1 or 2 days early application. Play it safe and send in your documents maybe 88 or 87 days before the 3 year cutoff so that you do not waste time and money on a rejected case. Best of luck!
