Unless a country has the option for or requires electronic processing (the Philippines is neither), then the IV packet cannot be emailed.

we got email from nvc saying we can email or mail the aos IV packet but i still wanted to make sure..so what country can do that only?

I have no explanation as to why the NVC would send you the email you mentioned earlier, however, I recommend you don't bother emailing it. You run the risk of receiving a case complete from the paper file and then having the case reopened by having the email of the documents on station. If the case is re-opened, you would have to resend the paper file. This is what happened to NavyK when he sent documents by email and mail. Learn from his experience and don't email anything since it's not an option to begin with.

they send email to us that we can email the packet IV and send it to this certain person its supervisor sue cause they approve us for expedite and they just wanted to get our IV packet before give us interview date..but i think i we will just send via mail will just follow your advice,, thank you..

From your earlier posts, I thought you were making a general inquiry regarding whether or not your documents could be emailed to the NVC. However, based on your most recent post, this could potentially be a horse of a different color. Were you given a specific email address for this Supervisor Sue in your correspondence from the NVC (and I'm not talking about the NVCInquiry address)? If you were, then you should be able to send your documents to that specific address. I would hate for your case to be needlessly slowed because of what I said earlier.

If you were given a specific e-mail address for her, then yes. I know when we did the expedite and got approved to expedite at the NVC stage I had to send the letter and evidence to Supervisor Sue.
