Well, the only thing that matters is the official web site, and it says that they are processing F2B with priority dates ranging from late 1992 through July 2003 depending on your country, and since you have told us nothing about yourself, there is no way to tell you the answer. Tell us the country and we can tell you the answer, although I don't know why you can't figure it out for yourself from the charts.

And I also don't understand why you don't understand what the website link is telling you !! net net, it is a long time in the future and you won't get a different answer by asking here...we all use the same data.
