Hi there me and my husband have finished all papaer work (i130, 1485 etc) for AOS and the only thing left is Affidavit of Support. My sister and brother-in-law are my sponsers but which form do they fill out?

I864 for her and then does he fill out I864 or I864A? In question 24d. of I864 it says that all persons listed must fill out I864...

which do they each need to fill out?

Husband: I-864

Brother-in-law: I-864

Sister-in-law (his wife): I-864A

Okay. So in this case my sister makes more money then brother-in-law so she would be the first joint sponsor

and then her husband the second joint sponsor. Does it matter who fills out the I-864 or I 864A?

Also, Thanks for letting me know my husband needs to fill this out I was not aware of this.

I thought that there could only be the joint sponsors.

Only problem is for income he will most likely need to put $0 because he just started his own cleaning buissness. and like all buissnesses you have to put in before you can get out and we have yet to see the out. Also I believe he has only done tax returns for last year thats it. Will this be a problem?
