I just looked at the AILA website, TSC has an updated post of Processing times... this time... there is no dates :protest:

12/09...............I 129F Sent

12/14...............Rcvd at TCS

12/19...............Rcvd at CSC (NOA 1)

03/21...............RFE

04/06.............. RFE sent back to CSC

04/12...............RFE received at CSC

04/17...............NOA 2

05/05...............Arrived NVC

If your receipt/NOA is from California, I'd recommend that you not worry about Texas :)

If there are no dates then this probably means TSC isn't processing K1's, as we already knew. Peter Miami has it right :)

i can only say that the check has been bankec now, and when i went to see the status online, it says the petition arrived at the 16 of february, not at the 13 as the receipt of the registred mail sayd. and even if it arrived on this day, it must have been fowarded to california coz the receipt number starts with WAC. so i guess texas really still does not work on the I 129f ones.

K1 TIMELINE

2/10/2006 I-129f sent to TSC

2/13/2006 they received it

2/16/2006 guess it was fowarded to CA, so they got it that date

2/21/2006 check finally cashed

2/23/2006 NOA1 received

5/01/2006 NOA2

5/30/2006 e mail from CSC: petition was requested for review!! ????

5/31/2006 another e mail reply: petition was approved but has not been fowarded yet

6/15/2006 finally!!!! Petition received by NVC!

6/16/2006 left NVC

6/22/2006 US Embassy in Bern, Swiss rec'd petition

6/28/2006 rec'd paket 3

6/29/2006 sent paket 3 back

7/13/2006 got interview date!!

7/27/2006 Interview! APPROVED!!!!! YEAH!

9/18/2006 Planed flight to Raleigh/ NC........

11/18/2006 WEDDING DAY!

All TSC petitions are being forwarded to CSC, and have been since May 2005.

2005

Sept 10 I-129F sent to TSC

2006

Interview - February 13th APPROVED! day 152

April 6 - wedding date day 204

Aug 22 - AOS interview date day 101-total days 342

Sept 29 - green card arrives, done until June 2008 day 140-total days 381

2008

June 30 - I-751 mailed total days 1025

2009

March 9 - Removal of Conditions approved! total days 1277
