I-130 filed for Son, now what?

I just mailed in the I-130 for my 17 y/old son. He's in Canada and will finish out his final year of high school. He will be done June, 2012. I want him here full time after June 2012.

How long will it take for his visa? Any different than it took for mine? Like 11 months?

Will he have to go to a medical in Toronto and an interview in Montreal like I did?

who filed for him you or your wife as his stepmother? if you did as a LPR, then it will take 3 or more years, if it was your wife as a USC, then yes more or less like you.

This is true... If you filed then cancel the petition/payment today if the spouse can petition for him.

I received the paper for doing the call of interview for my stepson,two months ago, and now the US interest section in Cuba always tell me the same thing they don't have the case in the system ,how long I have to wait my husband is crazy with that his son have only 12 years ,help me please with any information the case number is hav2010836049
