Line item 9 ask for: Names of prior spouces and date marrages ended

Line 9 only offers two spaces for two marrages

No where does it require or ask for additional information

on line 9 like it states on line(s)11,19 and part C 2

My two fold question is this:

A: What do you do if you were married more then twice?

B: Would it be considered fraud if you did not disclose them?

First paragraph of the instructions tell you that if there is not enough space for your answers, to put them on a separate sheet of paper.

Would not disclosing previous marriages be considered fraud? No, but it can cause real problems. Read this post:

I had been previously married 3 times and divorced 3 times. On a separate piece of paper, reference the form, section and step (continued)

and state the additionial marriages and date marriage ended.

I recommend stating all previous marriages and divorce dates to avoid issues later during interview at embassy.

Just be honest and complete. Don't take short cuts.

Not disclosing would be a material misrepresentation which can have severe consequences. If you've married 3 foreign nationals then it may be an issue to overcome. Regardless, lay it out there.

I am confused too. The OP already was temp. denied for not giving the required information, and is the very same person linked in post 2 in this thread. From what was said in the linked post, the OP needed to send in the proper documentation (ie the missing 2nd divorce cert) to the embassy. We already covered ad nauseum what to do...
