Ever heard of Magicjack? You can call anybody in the US and Canada for as long as you want and just pay a very cheap yearly rate. You can get a screenshot there. It shows the date, time and length of conversation

If you're talking though chat, Skype, make sure it shows the call logs.

I do not use Skype but if you are taking the screenshot of your conversation, make sure it shows the date.

Email- sort it according to the sender. Make a screenshot too.

Snail mail- of course the one with a stamp.

Airline Ticket and boarding pass-photocopy

Stamped part of the passport of the petitioner-

Chat- try to get a screenshot of your web conversation that has a yahoo news on the side where it shows a date.

Credit card statement of the petitioner (if you can)

My fiancee is in Ukraine, so Magicjack will not work for me.

I don't have boarding passes, as at the time I didn't know, however we have passport stamps, I believe this will show it, that we were in the same place at the same time.

I can get Credit Card statements as well, it shows the rental car and several restaurants where we ate.

Hope this will be sufficient

why dont you use skype to make all your call. you can get a skype to go number which will allow you to make calls from your cell/land phone at skype rates. you can get your call logs when you use skype to go number. you can also use an application that can get you all your call logs from skype. i think skype is cheaper and more convenient.

Skype rates to call Ukraine are really expensive. So I am trying to get a call log from the calling card, or will switch to another one that will get me the log for sure.

For #3 it depends on your embassy/CO. I've heard that our embassy will take phone logs with prepaid phone. I just make a copy of the phone card and copy of phone log . Luckily I use the same number too tho.

I have a question about proof of ongoing relationship for K-1 interview.

Here is what I have

1. Google chats

2. Skype logs

3. Calling Cards - I am using calling cards to call my fiancee, and talk to her at least twice a day. Unfortunately calling cards don't track the number you call as there is no billing nothing. Is just reciepts will suffice? Or what should I do?

Any other suggestions please.

We used and still use the "Continental" calling card (goole "pennyboss") which DOES give detailed call logs AND great rates. You can print out the call log anytime

I supplied phone bills, sampling of emails, photos and boarding passes from visits (I visited 6 times during the process) receipts from visits, etc. The only thing they looked at was 4 photos, other wise they just kind of looked through the glass window and said "What is that?" I also had payments for Englsh tutoring for our 13 year old son.

I agree that calling cards are Too expensive. We use a StarTech service and there's really no good proof of how much we talk per day. I have a couple of suggestions:

1.Use a long distance service once or twice a week for the records just for a short period of time.

2. Use old fashioned post cards and letters.

I didn't see anyone else offering a suggestion.

I would include anything and everything. Since I filed for a K-1 also I have to say that ever since I sent that petition in I have been saving every e-mail, every cell phone bill, bank statements that show any money contributed to them and indicating what the reason was for. I have made every effort to send care packages, greeting catrds and I have kept all the shipping reciepts and he plans to include the greeting cards, chat logs. All of it. Every little thing that indicates we thought about each other and interacted with each other as often as possible.

Good Luck!

For calls, we use Rebtel.

We both registered for the service and it works like this:

Person A calls person B on a Rebtel number. It's a local number.

Person B picks up, says Hi and hangs up.

Person A does not hang up.

Person B calls person A back on a Rebtel number. It's a local number.

Person A & person B both pay for the cost of a local call now. The international call is free.

His local calls are free, so the whole call is free for him.

My local calls are free if I call from a house phone. If I call from my cell phone, I pay as if I were making a local call in my country.

We BOTH get logs of these calls.

You can associate up to 5 phones to your account - like house phone, cell phone and work phone and when using any of those numbers, it works the same. One phone is the default one, so when you are called, that's the one that rings. For me it's my cell phone. If I am home, once I pick up my cell and hang up, I get my house phone and call from there. It works like magic.

This has, by far, been the best and cheapest way we found. Link is in my sig if you wanna try it out. I appreciate using my referral, but you don't have to.

I think you will need more evidence. We chat on yahoo everynight and use texting because calls are so expensive. The text logs show that we communicate everyday. You need evidence of meeting in person.

For phone logs, I would also suggest westernunion phone card. It keeps a call log. You pay a little more.. but since you are trying to document, I would suggest. I recently started using them because we do not skype or anything....

I'm getting the impression from other posts on this site that the US citizen escorting their fiance to the interview, even if they are not allowed in, also goes a long way in establishing a continuing relationship. Of course that means time off and sometimes significant travel costs.

Let me clarify it.

I do have emails, pictures and iteneraries when we met, as well as CC statements for Car Rental and everything else. Which this is what I sent to the USCIS, I will bring it in as well, I am talking about the evidence from the time I applied for the I-129F till the interview.

However my pictures don't have date stamps, they were taking on the camera that doesn't do that, so what should I do???

Date stamps do not necessarily mean camera date stamp (which by the way, it's very easy to just change the camera date/time). I hand wrote the place and date in the back of the pictures I sent/had. The pictures we selected were without doubt from recognizable landmarks (Eiffel tower, Rome Coliseum, etc). But, it was not pictures alone but with copies of itineraries showing trips on the time the timestamps showed.

Pictures are secondary evidence in any case, because it's not easy to independently/third party verify; as itineraries from an airline, boarding passes, etc.
