Hi! "Touched" means your papers have been looked at.You can see this if you make an account in USCIS.If the date changed from your Notice date, that means your case have been "touched". For example, My NOA1 is May 25, then when I signed in on our USCIS acct. I saw a new date there which was May 27.This means my case was "touched".Hope that helped :)

Just one thing.... sometimes this follows what is happening with your file but often people can go right through to the approval from USCIS without their status ever changing and it shows no "touches" or changes right through the whole process. So while you can check it... it is not totally reliable. Also, a "touch" can just mean that it has been moved from one desk to another, so may be nothing significant. (just so you don't panic if there is no change).

All the best with your journey.

Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere, and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .
