Case completed without SIF

HI ALL..

Is it correct the below: :blink:

SIF: IF YOU ALREADY GOT SIF AND FOLLOWED BY CC, NVC WILL SCHEDULE VISA APPOINTMENT FOR THEM WITH SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. LIKE 1-3 MONTHS.

CC: IF YOU ONLY GOT CC WITHOUT SIF, I MEAN YOU CAN STILL SIGN INTO PAYMENT CENTER. IT IS GOING TO DELAY YOUR SCHEDULE. LIKE 3-6 MOMTHS.

my case was completed on Sep 7th, 2011 , but still no SIF... OR interview date,, am from Jordan.. and am soo worry that the if i got CC without SIF , then the interview will take long. anyone got his Case complete on SEP.. please share. :thumbs:

Hi hmmm my i know whats SIF? because we have already paid my Visa with $404 hmmm after that do we still have payment ? mine was completed las august 22, 2011, mo email i just called them they told that im waiting for an interview? no emails just a call on NVC, but now i still dont recoeved anything from them? what do you think? my category was F2A?thanks

Many of us who have recently got our cases complete have not gotten SIF. I got the appointment letter with interview date the next day via email. Up to today I can still sign into the payment portal. How soon you get your interview date will largely depend on how busy your consulate is and whether they have available dates on which to schedule your interview.

11/12/13: Biometrics appointment in Buffalo, NY

11/15/13: Case transferred to CSC

03/04/14: USCIS case status update: Card/Document Production (i.e. APPROVED!!!)

03/07/14: USCIS case status update: Green Card in the postal system; tracking number

03/08/14: Approval notice arrives in the mail (dated 03/04/2014; USCIS Office: Buffalo, NY)

03/10/14: 10-year Green Card arrives in the mail

o thank you soo much,, i feel btr now.. :D so it doesnt matter if there SIF or no... but i dont know why still they didnt send me appt. letter.. our embassy is not soo buzy.. i hope soon

My wife has been approved her visa. I can still sign in to the portal. SIF is Unreliable. Always call.
