My question is my fiancee is u.s citizen and we filled the k1 isa petition in 21st june. she lost her permanent job in march this year and now she found a another job but its temporary. She also want to join me on my interview. She paid the tax return in march this year and she earned $ 18,700 till march 2011. She also have a cosponsor and she earned around $ 20,000 last year. The cosponsor also have a own house. I want to know that its sufficient income for sponsorship or my fiancee need permanent job ?

If she works in permanent job then she can not come to join me on my interview. What we should now. Pleade help us because we came through a lot in this and now we dont want to denied because of sponsorship.

If your fiancee does not make enough to cover her household size plus you, then she will need the co-sponsor. If the co-sponsor has no dependents, then the $20,000 is enough for them to be the co-sponsor. If they have other dependents, then you need to find someone else.

This shows the 125% guidelines that need to be met for each household size: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-864p.pdf
