They won't return if you make their deportation a living h*ll so they can spread the word once they get back to banana land. We spend trillions on bs wars, then we can take that money and put it to better use...like taking care of this country and not rebuilding another country. Take that money and start deporting them.

If we start torturing illegal immigrants, then we are no better than the Saudis. If I am jumping to conclusions and you didn't mean that to imply torture, but merely making it a cumbersome process for them to be returned to their home country, I don't think that would accomplish anything but embolden them to come back. If you make it so that there is no possible way they can work here, they won't come back. If you send them back, kicking them in the ####### the whole way home, you won't discourage them from coming back, because their motivation to be in the U.S. remains.

As it happens we do have a wall along our Southern border, and a rather well-paid force of armed guards protecting it. They used to get bored and follow us around in their helicopter or take their trucks and do donuts on the archaeological sites in the desert when I worked down there. That and detain any brown people they could find at the checkpoints, regardless of their citizenship.

A Northern border wall was also being discussed in the not so distant past.

Federal agents target 7 IHOP eateries in Midwest

(Reuters) - Federal agents are investigating seven IHOP restaurants owned by a single franchisee in Ohio and Indiana, a spokesman for parent company DineEquity Inc told Reuters on Wednesday.

Local news reports said agents from the FBI, Internal Revenue Service and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement raided specific restaurants.

Six of the restaurants are located in Ohio and one is in Indiana.

DineEquity spokesman Patrick Lenow confirmed the investigations and said he was aware that the FBI was involved.

"The FBI has not provided us any details," he said. "It is our desire to gain details on the reason for the investigation."

Lenow said both the company and the franchisee were cooperating with authorities.

The restaurants have been cleared to reopen.

Shares of DineEquity were down 1.8 percent at $39.69 in midday trading.

A call to the Cleveland FBI was not immediately returned.
