Hi!!

When you receive the official receipt notice by mail (with my case number), does it mean that USCIS has reviewed, accepted the forms and therefore the green card is now pending? How about the initial txt/email notification...is that only to tell me they received everything but the forms can still be rejected?

The first notice is only saying it was accepted. Nothing about looking it over or anything.

text and email let you know if you have anything happening on your case between acceptance and approval.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

They check the money, maybe that the obvious forms are there, but thats about it. But it does mean it's in the pile and waiting to be processed, so its all possitive news
