I am soo confused about this paper.

Can we send it by email or it have to be the papers version. The paper they send i think the invoice for 88$

confused me. It is for the the Agent. Can we send it by email and then packet 4 in mail or all of it has to be mailed.

Email will do from the beneficiary. Beneficiary can fill it out, scan and email as attachment.

You can email the DS-3032. Follow the template here: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form No need to scan or attach things.

The $88 is for the AOS fee. After it's paid, you can send the AOS package. The petitioner fills this out.

Egypt is not an eligible country for electronic processing, so you will have to snail mail both the AOS and IV packages. You cannot do email.

If you give your email addresses to an operator, then you'll receive all correspondence by email, but you will still have to snail mail your packages.

Can you tell me when you have filed the I-130 and how long has your process been, please? I tried looking at ur timeline but you don't have too much on there. I filed I-130 in Dec.2010 for my spouse, he got approved in may,2011 and right now he is waiting for an interview in Cairo.

If you don't know already, the embassy/consulate in Egypt has been backed up since the beginning of this year and it's now taking about 6 months to get an interview date.
