It does seem quite odd you were visited given what you have described so far at the interview. Are there any other things that could raise questions? Different, races, religious beliefs, overall background, etc? Do you and your spouse 'match'? It feels silly asking these questions but maybe they are relevant? Your cousin's sedulously is also key. Perhaps you should find a way to ask her if she did say something and judge whether she's being truthful - awful that she would so that to you though....

Thanks for the reply. We talked with our lawyer & looking at our file, she is convinced someone must have called USCIS. The lawyer said unfortuantely after someone calls USCIS to report any kind of fraud activity, the USCIS will have to investigate the case, whether the person provided evidence or not. She said they have one year from the day the person reported the case to act on it (and this sounds very true because the officers cames for a visit ONE DAY before the anniversary of our FIRST interview). For some reason I feel more confident that is what happened in our case because our interview was very smooth. My cousin or whoever must have called right after the interview (the reason i say my cousin is because she knew of our interview date).

My husband & i are the same race, 3 years age difference with me being the older. We have so many same interests, & YES, we do match (Infact some of my friends from my home country saw some pictures of my husband & i & they thought we kinda looked alike!)! Its not silly you asking this questions because i know USCIS looks at everything! My husband & i have same religious beliefs & go to the same church. I am more educated than my husband but i don't think that has anything to do with the case.

Maybe one of this days i will ask my cousin. But then i think there is probably no point, unless i got denied & sent back home, then i would definitely ask her before i went home!

Oh well, just have to keep waiting patiently, & praying for that GC. Please say a prayer for me too:-)

I have asked myself that question many times about my cousin but i cannot find an answer. My cousin has always behaved more like a jealous friend instead of family. She is capable of doing the most absurd things & that is why she is the first person that comes to my mind. I wonder if USCIS were surprised to find that my husband & i live together when they were probably hoping not! Oh well, i hope they are actively processing my case now :-)
