It took My wife lest than 1/2 hr for the second interview . For me was more expensive because it took and extra 15 days for 2nd interview and a new round trip ticket to Bogota as she is from the coast .

Hi, I could relate to you. My interview was last week 13th Sept, it was ok but was issued a 221G at the commencement due to an error in the I129F,got the letter yesterday so went back to the embassy today but again the pre screener insisted on seeing the original divorce decree which he has mentioned last week, I didn't insist on asking my fiance (I'm on k1 visa though) because it wasn't specifically mentioned in the 221G and he had to go to court to request for original copy. But with Singapore embassy, I can just walk right in and submit the requested document -- hoping they would let me know the result of the application. I asked him if I still need to bring the pile of docs I have with me next time but was told NO, my interview is finished. I'm not certain if that means I passed the interview and am being delayed due to a faulty form and the original divorce decree.

The bank is colpatria we were given all the same stuff my problem is with my sponsor though so it might take me a bit longer because I have to get my sponsor now to add his wife's documents(they were just married)with an I-864a and have my sponsor send ANOTHER I-864 along with all the required documents for the I-864a(tax returns etc.....) then I have to mail all of that stuff to Colombia...when my husband receives it he can call the bank and go through all the ####### lol but really only 30 minutes at the embassy for the second interview?? awesome :)

Sharon+Larry sorry you have to go through this too but at least you live close to the embassy....my hubby has to take an 8 1/2 hour bus ride back and stay in a hostel for a night or two.... (we can't afford flights)and I will not be able to go to the second interview now because i exhausted all of my finances going to the first.....:( I hope that doesn't make a big difference....

anyways thank you guys for all your input I feel a bit relieved knowing you got back on track pretty fast felo391971 :)
