Hello to all,

For the I129F petition question 15 page 2 for my fiancee...Should the address be where she actually lives/sleeps, i.e. her residence, or could it be her mailing address, i.e. her parents' house, where she doesn't live, but has MUCH MORE SECURE mail delivery. She lives in China.

Secondly,

The examples on VJ tend to indicate that question 10 "give a number of certificate, date and place it was issued" is only for naturalization. I could read this to mean give the number, date and place of issue of an American's birth certificate. Am I right or wrong?

My fiance lives at her school while working but her permanent residence is her mother's home which is a better location for mail, so we put her mother's address.

You fill in that line only if naturalized citizen, born in another country and immigrated to the USA. I checked birth in U.S.A. and left the box blank.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
