They've got this new thing, I don't know if you've heard about it, it's called electronic mail (or E-Mail) and you can type the letter on a computer and instantly send it anywhere in the world via the World Wide Web. It's really cool. You should try it.

This is how we ended up in this predicament.

The Post Office is clearly spelled out in the constitution as one of the powers congress has. However, nowhere does it say that it's mandatory and if the time comes where congress deems it unnecessary or unable to sustain itself without undue cost, it can be done away with.
