Hi all,

I'm getting ready to send my wife I-751. Please advise if this is good to go.

•I-751 form w/$590 check

•A copy of green card of immigrant spouse

•A copy of our new born baby birth certificate

•A copy of online health insurance showing a joint policy

•Dental bills from 2009 to 2010

•A copy of 2009 and 2010 joint US tax return

•A copy of 3 months joint bank statement

•2 copies of Affidavit Of Buddy O’Mine

•Pictures of our vacation, special events, and new born baby

1/05/2009 Sent I-129F, G-325A + other documents as required. $455 fee
1/09/2009 NOA1 Petitioner received
4/30/2009 NOA2 Petitioner received (approved in 105 days from NOA1 3.5months)

there are a lot of other things I can think of as well. You do realize that you need to provide evidence for 2 years of marriage not 3 months?

You are missing a lot of the obvious stuff: drivers license, lease/mortgage, mail addressed to the both of you, car insurance, etc. Show joint bank statements from the last 2 years, not just last few months.

thx. I just print out the last 3 months bank acct. Do I need to print all 2 years? I have share credit card but the online statement does not show her name, only mine. Plus she don't even use that card. She only use the bank debt card. We try to avoid using credit card. I don't have house phone, only cellphone so it's only one name. no life insurance also. She only had a permit and have't took the driver exam yet since she just had a baby and during her pregancy we postphone the driving.

Maybe I can go to the bank and have them write me a letter w/bank letterhead of when we open a joint account. This is ok?

So why are you giving excuses that can damage your application? Who cares if she doesn't use the credit card she still has a shared credit card with you, its still very good evidence of co-mingling. Who cares if she only has a permit she can put a copy of the permit in to show that she is trying to get a drivers license etc.

You still mention nothing about the rental agreement or mortgage. You don't print all two years you print every few months spanning two years.

Yes you need to print 2 years. While she doesn't have to use the credit card as long as it is on joint name you should be able to request a statements from your CC company with both names.

Driver License / Permit / State ID Card - it is equivalent as long as it shows the address you both leave in.
