Hey I live in New York and my fiance in the Philippines, My friend sent his 1-129 form to Vermont but he had someone do it for him. I'm doing it on my own with help from him and was wondering if I send it to Vermont center also, all i see here is the Dallas Center??any help thanks

You should sent it to the Dallas Lockbox that after that will route it to the appropriate Service Center. Most likely it will be Vermont since you leave in NY, however based on the case load it could be other service center as well.

You send it to Dallas just like the directions says.

Dallas is a sorting center, everyone sends their I-129F to Dallas.

so on all of my papers I would put the Dallas address because i have his packet to look at and its all Vermont from his cover page and intent to marry and all of that???maybe its easier to get someone to do it seems a little confusing.
