I make $48,000 at my full time job and $7,200 from my second job (total of $55,200). Do I need to put assets on there? I have a car that I'm paying for and in my name only but I rent so my car is really the only asset. Will it get denied if I don't put assets on there? It will just be me and my fiance, no dependants (although we'll be living with my sister where I currently live for a few months). I'm very fuzzy on this part of the process.

No assets needed. Leave those lines blank or draw a line through them. London will take a peek at your great income and won't even discuss it. The same is true for the I-864 when you get to AOS. You don't have to list assets unless your income is short.

For the second job, as for the first, you will want to get a letter from your employer confirming your dates of employment and your annual income. Along with my affidavit I also included three years of IRS income tax transcripts and a couple of pay stubs.

Good luck with the rest of your journey!

Perfect! Do I just write a letter stating the income for the second job?

As with any form where you need more space, you can write "see attached" and then add a sheet to the back listing the details of both. Write the form number, question number, your name at the top.

With a $48,000 first income, London isn't going to really care much about the second job. There is really no need to get proof in a letter from that employer. The first job qualifies you over and above so like the car, assets, etc. it's just extra bother that won't be looked at.

My experience--I had two letters stating monthly income, each over the threshhold(not from a job, but like having employer letters). The document lady took one letter and handed back the other. The interview guy never even saw it, nor did it go in the file. People have been approved in London recently and only the tax return went to the interviewer. Another had only an employer letter. London doesn't even actually require a tax return if you've got other good proof of current income. so you will be home free with a tax return and another proof from a $48K job. You are well qualified!

What if u cant find a co-sponcer what can u do to bring your fiance

If you don't make above the poverty line and can't find a co-sponsor, unfortunately, you will have a problem. One option would be to secure another job or a part-time job that would put you above the line.
