Hello everyone,

My name is Mayckel Sa, and I have recently applied for the I-485.

I responded to a RFE last week by mailing it to Lee Summit, MO.

However, the attempted delivery was on Saturday, so there was no one there to sign for it.

Today I tried calling USPS to reschedule a delivery but they told me only the recipient

can request the re-delivery. I'm just worried it'll stay there for the 15 days before

its returned to me and it'll be over the 45 days period I have to respond to it.

So I'm just wondering if anyone has had this happen and if the agent at the facility

we'll request a re-delivery or if I have to do something to make sure they receive it before

the 45 days expires.

Thank you very much,

Mayckel Sa

P.s. The following is what I get from the tracking number on the package:

"Expected Delivery Date: September 17, 2011

Class: First-Class Mail®

Service(s): Certified Mail™
