It was all thanks to the retrogression, your PD is from 2005 if there's no problems you should definitely received your interview for November.

yeah i hope so by the way whats retrogression? when i call them they told me that the PD they are prioritizing for visa was 2008.. so what will happen to me.. ;-( i guess theres already a visa for me, only waitning foe an interview.. really im worried i wanna be there for xmas for my husband :-(

Well, there's a limited number of visas for spouses of and children of Legal Permanent Residents (LPR) as of today there is more applicants than visas available there is a Priority Date established.

Every month a VisaBulletin is published to show the PD they will be working the following month, if the PD moves backwards is call retrogression.

This happened las January 2011 the PD moved backwards from August 2010 to January 2008 and then in February to January 2007.

We have no other choice but to wait for our PD to become current again for our interview to be scheduled. Yes there's a visa available for you, you should receive you appointment letter in the beginning of next month for a November interview.

I'm sorry for confusing you with that retrogression, that aside you don't need to wait for nothing but your interview to be scheduled, that should be pretty soon, you should hear from them in the beginning of next month.

You should be able to with no problem, call the NVC and check with them, you should hear from them in the beginning next month.

i called them this morning they said still waiting for an appointment for november... :-/ it should me october!
