Good Day everyone i have questions regarding my case. I already paid for my k3 visa and have an appointment interview on October 3 but my husband received my MNL case for I-130, now can we refund the money i paid in my k3 visa and we will pursue the I-130? Any suggestion would be a big help. Thank you very much.

No refunds, if you did not want a K-3 then you should not have gone that rout and done the CR-1 instead.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I don't think you'll get a refund. Please research here http://www.travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/types/types_2993.html. This will lead you to more other info. Hope this helps.
