I know the OP made a mistake in posting something here in Tagalog. He should have written it in English. But replying to him in a language that only you can understand is RUDE. Technically the OP should have written the question in English but since it is a Philippine forum and not say......Moroccan......then the mistake is understandable. It was a bit rude to do such as your post as some people aren't as worldly as others. Tolerance is the word that comes to mind.

it depends on his priority date and petition approval date if petitioning parent is an LPR.
