I know the OP made a mistake in posting something here in Tagalog. He should have written it in English. But replying to him in a language that only you can understand is RUDE. If you do not understand, say so in english. Or better yet, just shut up and be quiet. We are not here to make fun of anybody. we are here to help and support one another.

OP: please re-post in English, if you don't mind. The more people can help if they can understand your language. Good luck!yes.gif

Trying to make a point by answering in my native language he wouldn't understand. Translation::bonk:

Hi,

I don't understand a word from what you just said. You need to switch to English language in order to get your question answered.

God bless

Technically the OP should have written the question in English but since it is a Philippine forum and not say......Moroccan......then the mistake is understandable. It was a bit rude to do such as your post as some people aren't as worldly as others. Tolerance is the word that comes to mind.

Peace!

I'm not making fun of anyone, I'm just making a point. Sorry if you don't like it, but before you tell me to shut up which is rude, you might want a brush up on the First Amendment.

Cheers

Very understandable.........we've been there, we're there or we'll be there (there being on edge). The process isn't an easy one but very much worth it in the end. Best of luck to all!!!

it depends on his priority date and petition approval date if petitioning parent is an LPR.

if the petitoning parent has become naturalized citizen before child turned 21, his age would be frozen on his priority date.
