So then you are in favor of eliminating the types of loans such as given to Solyndra, right?

You are either saying "We wasted a LOT of money on this...so it is OK to waste a little money on that"

OR

You are saying we should stop funding green energy programs that cannot support themselves and not waste money on military boodoggles.

Which? Are you OK with wasting $500 million or not?
