IT SAYS THE FEES IS $1070 IF YOU FILE EAD, AOS & AP TOGETHER WITH THE BIOMETRICS FEE INCLUDED. NOW, I AM ALSO FILING FORM I-130, WHICH HAS A $420 FEE. DO I HAVE TO INCLUDE A CHECK FOR IT TO MAKE A TOTAL OF $1490 OR IS THE FEE ALSO EXCLUDED WHEN U FILE IT INCONJUCTION WITH THE REST OF THE FORMS?! I AM INTENDING TO SUBMIT MY FORMS NEXT WEEK AND I DONT WANT TO MAKE MY CASE DELAY DUE TO SIMPLE AVOIDABLE MISUNDERSTANDIN....THANKS IN ADVANCE VJERS

It is impossible to tell what immigration process you are involved with from your post, but if you are filing the forms you listed, then yes - the fees for all of those together come to $1490. We had one check for $1,070 and another for $420.

Also, please take your caps lock off. It's nicer to read your posts when it doesn't seem as though you are screaming.

YES YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR BOTH THE FORMS. YOU HAVE TO PUT A SEPARATE PAYMENT FOR EACH FORM

JUST SO YOU KNOW YOU POSTED IN THE WRONG SECTION, YOU SHOULD BE POSTING IN THE AOS FROM TOURIST/STUDENT/WORK SECTION.
