hello to everyone, just wanna ask if anyone of you got the same situation or got experience before and how you handle it? ok heres the scenario, got my greencard March 2011 and got a job right away i never thought that the one i signed during my biometrics is on my maiden name and the lady who assisted me during my biometrics never corrected me or ask me about my signature thats why it appears my signature under my maiden name and onething i am not use to sign anything under my married name at the time of my biometrics due to name changes(maiden-married) And now it gives me headache 2 days ago when i had my state board license here in Washington its good they allow me to take the board exam and in Gods grace i PASSED :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: its good i brought my other id's with me (SSN,Washington ID which is on my married signature)please guide me on this how will i update or if theres a way to change my signature on my greencard and how much is the fee if ever.cause i need to file my application right away at DOH in order for me to get my license

You need to file an I-90 and pay the fee $455.

You will need to fill out the application for replacement of Permanent Resident card, with documentation showing you have legally changed your name. The fee is $450.

You would need a replacement card. The fee is $450 regardless of the reason.

Any change is $450 yep (unless USCIS made the mistake, which they did not). On the other hand.. it's highly unlikely you'll show your GC on a regular basis (I've shown it twice in the 18 months I've had it.. when I applied for a job and when I changed my SSN) so I would wait until ROC and fix it then (for free!).

oh wow thanks for the replies well its not necessity anyway ill wait for the ROC. anyway i have my state id and ssn as my other proof i thought it wont exceed to $100 btw thanks guys for the replies. and have a blessed and peaceful evening to everyone.
