A Second Interview??

Does anyone know if it is possible to have a second interview scheduled and how to go about it,once a petition has been denied and is pending to be sent back to the NVC??

Any info would be appreciated..

If you were at the first interview then there isn't much chance for a second one. If you can get your representive to ask for the head officer to review it you might get invited to a second interview. That being said Lagos is famous for not listening to any requests and just sending the petition back.

Thanks for the input,I was there yes and our Congressman's office has been involved throughout and will be sending a request but who knows.We will not give up,no matter what.In God's time we will be together

Did you try to have a supervisor review your case at Lagos level? have your congressman or woman try to ask for a review on your behalf. Best of luck, I know how hard this whole thing can be. You are not alone, there are those of us who can relate to your feelings and situation.

congrats Kingswife, how were you able to get another interview scheduled? we waited for almost 1yr to be rescheduled, and not sure if it is worth even attempting to wait again.

Thinking of going ahead to just do a CR1 instead of fighting for another K1 interview.

but please let me know how you went about getting another interview fast.
