I am currently on L2 Visa in US. Following is the chronology of my EAD application:

June 11, 2011: Applied for EAD based on L2. Did not get the pdf after doing the e-filing, therefore, failed to send the required documentary evidences to the USCIS

June 15th: Received notice for Biometrics

July 12th: Given Biometrics

July 12th: Went back to home country (India)

August 29th: Notice for RFE was sent by the USCIS. I did not receive this till September 12th

September 10th: Returned to the US.

September 14th: Requested for Notice of RFE through USCIS customer care

September 17th: Received the notice for RFE asking for certain evidence. Will be sending the evidence as asked by USCIS on September 19th (Monday)

Based on above, when should I expect to get my EAD? Will the USCIS count its 90 days from now?
