Proof of Domicile for I-864

I am a US citizen and my husband is an Irish citizen. I am petitioning for a CR-1 for my husband. We've received packet 3 from the embassy in Ireland. I am currently putting together the I-864 for my husband.

My husband and I are currently both living in Ireland. I am working here for an American company. I've worked for the company previously in the US, but transferred here temporarily so that we could be together. My stay in Ireland was known to be temporary and I am already in the process of transferring back to the US in a few months.

Since I am living abroad---how can I prove domicile in the US if I am still here at the time of my husband's interview? What sort of documentation is required to demonstrate domicile?

Lots of things:

1) Paying taxes in the US

2) Maintaining a US drivers license

3) Maintaining a US mailing address--even better if you have a house or apartment that you kept

4) Letter from your company that your assignment is temporary, and they are taking you back as an US employee on your return, or if not, that you have a job at another company lined up

5) Bank accounts in US

6) Brokerage accounts in US

7) You get the picture...it's really pretty easy
