lacking of requirements!

Hello VJ friends!Have a good day to all!I just want to ask again if thers missing of requirments in filing I130 .It might be probably they will deny our application.We forgot to put Evidence of a bonafide marriage .We just put pictures together with my husband.Is this acceptable as evidence of bonafide marriage.?We forgot to put copy of our chat conversation or email msg.or WU receipt that shows as bonafife evidence..ohhh iam worried...Its our application is deny now?..Thanks for reading..Hoping ur kind reply...

I think as long as you include your marriage certificate, you will be fine. We did not include any pictures, just marriage certificate and we got approved in just 90 days.^^

08.25.11- DS 3032 Accepted/AOS bill is paid

08.27.11- Received IV-Fee Bill

08.27.11- Pay IV-Fee Bill

08.29.11- Sends AOS via USPS

08.30.11- IV- Fee Bill shows Paid

09.02.11- NVC received our AOS packet

09.08.11- Send IV packet

09.08.11- Received checklist RFE on AOS

09.12.11- RFE docs sends via usps

09.15.11- NVC received our IV n says theres no problem in it!

Yes we include Ceritificate of marriage from NSO and we put also pics togethe. THANK u friends for ur reply here.I feel better now. I hope me and my husband get approval soon we file last june and tll now were still waitng the NOA2 i hope it will come out soon.

yes Venice is right :D we only include NSO copy of our marriage certificate and we got approved after 100 days :star:

The marriage ceriticate should be enough to prove that you are legally married. Good Luck :thumbs:

USCIS Stage

July 11 2011: Mailed from APO, AP address

July 16 2011: Delivered in Chicago Lock Box Facility

July 18 2011: Received notification via email with the receipt number NOA 1

July 25 2011: Received NOA1 (hard copy)

August 1 2011: Touched

February 16 2012: Approved!!!! (Received E-Mail from USCIS) NOA 2

It took 213 days before we got our NOA 2

NVC Stage

February 24 2012: NVC received the documents from USCIS

February 24 2012: Sent an email to NVC regarding DS 3032 (Assign an Agent)

February 27 2012: Case number assigned by National Visa Center

February 28 2012: Received an email from NVC telling me that they already received my DS 3032 (Assign an Agent) Now waiting for IIN

February 28 2012: Called NVC and I got my Invoice ID number, they told me to wait for the email before I can pay for it

February 29 2012: Received I-864/DS230 Invoice via E-Mail

February 29 2012: Paid I-864/IN PROCESS

February 29 2012: I-864 mailed from APO address (overseas)

March 1 2012: I-864 showing as PAID on the website

March 5 2012: I-864 Delivered at NVC (Portsmouth, NH)

March 8 2012: I-864 Approved!

April 8 2012: Sent DS 230

April 13 2012: Paid IV Bill (IN PROCESS)/NVC Received DS 230

April 17 2012: IV Bill showing as Paid on the website

May 3 2012: Case Completed (Interview date scheduled for 8th June 2012)

June 8 2012: Interview APPROVED!

Kinda LOL.... What better proof of marriage then the "Marriage Certificate".

On a serious note. The consulate during the interview will be very interested in all documentation

that proves you maintained your relationship from the time you filed the I130.

thank you !i just feel worried bc when we forgot to put some other supporting docs..But now feel better no more worries i will just have more patience to wait.thanks and good luck to eveyone! :)

Thanks Doug! For the information Im preparing now the other supporting docs in the time i will have interview!!.I hope me and my husband get approve soon. Keep on praying always...
