Hi.

Me and my brother have interviews in October and were wondering on what docs to take with us.

I know we have to submit 2010 tax return but...

Do we have to submit fresh/new/updated I-864 from our sponsor/joint sponsor? Or just take copy of the ones submitted earlier??

We submitted our AOS packAge in Jan 11.

Also, what about DS-230 I & II ?? Do we take new or take copy of the one originally submitted in Jan?

We intend to take some of our pics with our dad to the interview. What other proof/ docs should we take?

Also we submitted other documents liken proof of assets like copies of property documents...do we need to bring them again..?.?

Thanks

On the DS -230 only our age will be different since we recently celebrated our birthdays...

Kindly explain the I-864 part again...

.

ok the birth dates will cover the age.

the most recent tax return for the petitioner must be submitted. if the I864 was submitted with the 2009 tax information because the 2010 information was not available since it was in january then you can take the updated form/s along with the 2010 info... it will be requested

The following has been extracted from the interview letter,

DS-230 part I........Y

DS-230 partII.......Y

Passport...............Y

Birth certificate.......O

Financial evidence...Y

Police certificate......Y

Fee payment .........$

Photograph........Y

Where,

Y ........required document has been received

$ ..... Payment received

O .....original document has been received and accepted as meeting post requirements

Do I need to bring the " Y" ??

Also we submitted proof like

copies of property documents,

copies of receipts and photographs of valuables,

Bank statements

Notorized affidavits that show the current value of the property and other valuables,

My question is whether I have to bring the original receipts, property documents...??

Also I believe NVC did not consider our assets...thus we were asked to submit a joint sponsor as well...

We have tax return, pay slips from joint sponsor as well....

But do we have to fill out a new I-864....???
