The fear of denial

After seeing the posted denials I am in great fear of what CSC is sending me. I do not know what I will do if I am denied and can not be with Rosana and Lais. Oh my God How

How can they let someone linger on since march then deni them. I am going crazy now.

Calm down... :D

It's just a RFE. Just send tham what they ask for and you'll be okay. I know you've been reading about denials all day today  Don't worry so much or you'll go crazy... wait until you get the notice in the mail, then you'll see what else they want from you.

I can see you've met a lot of times... so if that is what the RFE is about, you'll have enough proof to send to them. But who knows... maybe you just forgot to sign something. Just wait and see!

You'll be fine, good luck!

It's very VERY easy to fret and worry during this process; I think we all do/did it to some extent...but don't go overboard with it...it'll only drive you mad! Each case is different, and the ones that are denied (at least on this board) are few and far between COMPARED to the ones that are approved...take heart and just make sure you do everything 'just so'. :) All the best for your journey...M.

I think everyone of us went through that fear somehow deep in our hearts of getting denied maybe.

but even if this worst scenario might happen so you still can ask an attorney or even your senator for help. Nothing would be lost forever yet.

Keep your chins up and wait before you get all depressed about maybe nothing at all.

There aren´t hardly any couples on VJ they got denied. For as long as we went through this process we haven´t heard about any denials at all.

Good Luck

Yes, I need to relax some. I call Rosana everyday and tell her how much I love her. I can not imagine a day without doing that. I love her so very much.

Thanks everyone.

What other actual denials at the service center level (beside jabree) have been posted?

I don't spend as much time in K1 as I maybe should. Could you bring us up to speed?

Thanks. I had read that after all.

Ok. That dude was denied because he received an RFE and either didn't respond in a timely manner OR allowed somebody else to handle it for him and they did a poor job. It's difficult to tell from his description of what happened.

Jabree was denied for not meeting in the last 2 years. Which is a clear requirement that is rarely waived.

Hey, I remember waiting and worrying for the service center approval - having all sorts of worrisome thoughts and fears. IMHO these two denials are examples of what NOT to do - not some sort of bell tolling a new 'sign of the times'.

I agree. I hope people read this and realize there's not much to worry about if you've already done everything they ask for.
