Hi there,

Im sure someone has already asked this question befoore. But Im still a little unsure...

For the I485 part one, the question where it says current USCIS status do i put

"out of status" or B2 since I came as a visitor?

My I94 is expired which means I overstayed and am out of status but is this the term they are talking about??

I dont know if this changes anything but I also have an I130 filed for me on behal of my mother.

But the I485 I am filling out is from the I130 my husband will filling together with.

Hopefully this makes sence.

Thanks for any help!
