Will i lose my child insurance

Hi i am a citizen from St Vincent. I have a son who will be 3yrs later this month, my son was born in the USA. I return to my country because i did not want to over stay my visa, i don't have the money to travel back with him every year for his psyical which is due in october this year. In my country there in no good medical here. And will my son lose his health insurance if i don't bring him back to the US. Can someone please tell me what is best.

depends what insurance he has. If he has Medicaid i don't think he will loose it as long as you stay on top of your mail from them if any at all.

Thank you for your reply,Am talking about health insurance for my son.I think is government insurance, my son was born in the US and i was given the insurance after his birth. I love to take him back every year for annual check up his next physical is dure in October this year, but i don't have the money to do so. It's very expensive to travel from my country to America. Will like to know if i will lose his health insurance.

Yes, if you don't live in the US, then the US govt has no responsibility for your son health. The Health Insurance has an expiration date, it's either a year or 6 months. You will have to re-spply through social service to continue with such insurance.
