Hi, my name is Rachel and I moved from Canada to the Carolinas about 3 years ago to be with my now husband. We got married in April 2011, it took a long time because my ex-husband took all the time he wanted to finalize the divorce. We haven't started the Green Card procedure yet for financial reasons (Lawyers are expansive.. lol) We have a 3 years old little girl.

I am not to sure which procedure I fall under, being in the USA already... Anybody knows the answer?

LadyOone I think you will fall under applying for AOS in the USA.

Hey Alke.. dumb me, I forgot to write that.. So yes, my husband is a born and raise American and our daughter has dual citizenship.

02-24-2014 * ROC package sent to USCIS Vermont Service Center

02-25-2014 * ROC package received at USCIS Vermont Service Center

02-26-2014 * NOA1 notice date

02-28-2014 * Cheque cashed

03-05-2014 * Biometrics notice date

03-28-2014 * Biometrics Appointment in Baltimore
