k1 visa package 3 onwards

Hi everyone.

We are new here. I am from India and my fiancee is american. We are college sweethearts ,now decided to get married. Mike and I are currently based in New Delhi for last 9 months. We filed for K1 visa. Our petition has been approved last month. We havent received packet 3 yet though.After researching a lot, we found I am supposed to submit Applicant statement and DS 230 part 1.

My doubts:

1. What exactly is Applicant statement, where can i download this form. If i have to write it myself, is there any instructions to follow to prepare it?

2. other than these 2 documents what else i need to submit ?

3. Lot of people said in other posts, they emailed these documents, what exactly is the email address to send these documents? Is emailing equivalent to submitting them in person?

1. You have to fill manually and sign Applicant statement. Download Applicant Statement and DS230 from these attachments.

2.Not until you receive Packet 4,

3. Actually, email is better option; as most of us do choose this way to reduces time and uncertainty of the delivery of posts.
