I tried to enter the United state about 4 years ago but was denied entry because I did not obtain advance parole document (form I-512l) since I have an approved adjustment of status to become a permanent resident of the United state. I have never over stayed in the state. I have since submitted another 1360 and is under process. But I need to visit the state on emergency. What should I do?

You can apply for a tourist visa but chances of obtaining one are slim since you have already shown you have immigrant intent. Maybe humanitarian reasons depending on the emergency and if you can show strong ties to your home country will get you a tourist visa.
