This case has been approved. On September 19, 2006, an approval notice was mailed. If 30 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business hours.

WOW!!!!! Thank God! I was sad that i didnt get any touches at all but surprise surprise!

I checked it last night and nothing changed. But my fiance called me today and told me we got approved!!

Good Luck to those who are still waiting.. Hang in there guys!

by the way, whats next? what should we expect after we receive the NOA2?

Thanks guys and God Bless

:dance: Congrats!! Fast Approval!! Did you submit your own package or did an attorney do it for you? Was your petition straight-forward and simple with no divorces, no kids, no prior submitals? Seems to be a tread with these very early approvals of them being simple, uncomplicated petitions with no divorces, no kids, no priors. Was just wondering if yours fit this same trend or not. thanks.

No Attorney. We prepared and submitted our petition. Yeah, no complications. No kids, no divorces, no prior submitals. We just made sure that we have everything there including CENOMAR (Certificate of no marriage) and Police clearances among other documents required to be submitted..
