But why stop here, should go all the way up to the president's office, like Bush appointing Emilio Gonzales to head the USCIS. Aid to raising campaign funds is the key factor, not whether that person has the qualifications or not. Like putting a helpful governor that doesn't know the difference between H2O and H2SO4 in charge of the EPA. Or a guy in charge of the FAA that doesn't know the difference between an aircraft and a skateboard. Could go on forever with this list, but sure have a bunch of idiots running this country.

Not getting information yet on our governors' appointment, just that the FBI is crawling all over her home. Think they need a warrant with justifiable cause to do that.

I have to slightly disagree.

The EPA has 'uses' and is an important organization. They should not have the power they have though. They should be a much smaller agency who reports issues to congress and congress should be the ones to enact regulations. It would be much more controlled this way.

the FAA is a needed organization. Well unless you want to assign the military to monitor sky-traffic 24/7.

Fear my only source is the Wisconsin Public Radio News. Reported they contacted, the FBI, district attorney, governor, mayor, and just received a no comment to the reason of this investigation. But then stated the legislators are considering making a law about the governors position to appoint high level leaders. My thoughts led to the president as well.

What, no comments about Emilio Gonzales, a Cuban refugee appointed to head the USCIS? Even looked up the older INS forms, were comprehensible. It took the American Board of Immigration Attorneys to get rid of him. But only two acting directors since then, still the same old confusing forms.

Never meant to question the need for such agencies, just the leadership for this topic. Agencies at one time only had the power to advise congress, but those days are history. Not only can my congressman NOT name the 1,525 different agencies they created, has absolutely no idea of the laws they are making. And who is making these laws? Certainly not congress. What is really troublesome for the individual is the lap over of these agencies. Especially when one agency tells you, you have to do something while another agency says you cannot!

Another characteristic is pure arrogance of some of these agents where common sense nor logic, or even vast technical knowledge doesn't make any difference to them (Singing), Just do it MY WAY!!!.
