Yes for some reason USCIS locked the newest version of the form making it unfulfillable. I have the prior edition which is fillable. I wonder why they locked the form in that way?

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

CURRENT STATE OF AFFAIRS - I-130 petition for married sibling
2016

Jul 5 - Receipt date for I-130 petition for my over 21 brother and his wife (both in the UK)

2024

Feb 23 - Sent USCIS a message asking for a processing update

May 6 - Received an email response saying things were progressing normally but that waiting times might be longer

THE SAGA CONTINUES - IR-5 Story
I-130 for Parents - 2013
Aug ?? - mailed I-130 packages for both mother and father
Sept 10 - NOA1 date
Sept 16 - NOA1s received

2014

Feb 25, 26 & 28 - got emails saying that the cases had been transferred to another office, then to my local office, and then just transferred and are being processed

Mar 17 - got email, attached to one case number only, saying that my A number was changed relating to the I-130 filing

Mar 20 - N-400 receipt date for my father
2021
Apr 21 - Biometrics appt.

May 2 - Interview

This is the Fillable form if it is still valid.

It was available on an immigration web site and it works if you go to this site. You will want to compare and be sure it is still the same as the one on the uscis immigration web site. I make no claims to it's being up to date, but hope it helps, If it is you should be good to go.

The only difference in them is (11) On the older form it states (Complete this block only if the person in the item 3 will be in the United States temporarily) I think it has been removed and that the block needs now to be filled for every one.
