We are living here in St. Louis Missouri now. Is anybody here know where to have biometrics around here? There's USCIS in downtown Saint Louis, I wonder if thats the place for biometrics. Its pretty close to my work and I can go there earlier than the schedule of my appointment.

You cannot go without the appointment sheet. It says it right on the instructions for the NOA1.

The biometric appointment notice tells you where you go and when.

The office is on 1222 Spruce Street. I don't really know if you can show up without an appointment...I think I read some posts of people who just walked in and had the biometrics without an appointment but you might not wanna do that. When I had my biometrics they put a "biometrics processing stamp" on the notice of action...I think it's good to have that as proof that you went through that step. If I were you, I would wait to get the appointment letter. It doesn't take that long for them to send it.

Walkins are done by people who have an appointment but they go in early. You cannot go in without an appointment and without the appointment sheet.

Sorry for confusion. Yep! I won't go without the appointment letter. I just want to know if I can go in the office in Downtown St. Louis once I have my biometrics appointment. It will save a whole lot of time than travelling to Kansas City. Plus, I'm working in downtown too, so it would be no hassle for me since I don't have to switch my work schedule for biometrics. It worries me a bit because I work on shift hours and if I need to re-schedule my work shift, I need to give at least 4 weeks notice.

Thanks a lot.

Thanks, I wasn't sure about that. I'm glad you could clarify this for the rest of the people :)
