I need to get proof for the visa interview for someone trying to leave before acquiring 180 days of unlawful presence. The person will be leaving through plane. What does the embassy accept as proof of departure? Someone with experience in this or a knowledgeable person in this area please.

Very few countries stamp passports when their own citizens return.

To be honest, the airline passenger manifest confirms whether the ticketed passenger boarded and USCIS have access to that information on request anyway, so a boarding pass should be sufficient information.

If not, was/is there anyone of good standing in the community to verify his/her arrival in the country of origination? An employer who saw him/her return to work? A lawyer who can confirm his/her return to the country?
