It's still fun to get out to see a game. Of course I remember a few decades when watching the Patriots play was torture.

I can remember watching the Pats on TV when they picked up Plunkett. They didn't win a lot of games, but they were exciting...especially those games in the snow. That's back in the day when Buffalo had OJ, and Miami pretty much owned that division (Bob Grease).

Thank god the Seahawks got out of the Kingdome. It's hard to respect a football team that plays in a dome.

"I want to take this opportunity to mention how thankful I am for an Obama re-election. The choice was clear. We cannot live in a country that treats homosexuals and women as second class citizens. Homosexuals deserve all of the rights and benefits of marriage that heterosexuals receive. Women deserve to be treated with respect and their salaries should not depend on their gender, but their quality of work. I am also thankful that the great, progressive state of California once again voted for the correct President. America is moving forward, and the direction is a positive one."

Until we meet again.

Not going to happen this year. Probably not for another 4-5 years. Our AFC opponents this year are Chargers, Chiefs, Raiders. All west coast (well, if KC is west coast...).

It's going to be a tough year. We're a good team, better than last year. But we're in the toughest possible division with the Packers. I think we're fighting for a wildcard spot, unfortunately.

You never know. An injury here and there and the picture can change drastically. Look at the Colts without Manning. If Brady goes down, the Pats are done. Anything can happen. Good luck!

The NFL wants all fans patted down from the ankles up this season to improve fan safety.

Previously, security guards only patted down fans from the waist up before gaining entry to NFL stadiums. Under the new "enhanced" pat-down procedures, the NFL wants all 32 clubs to search fans from ankles to the knees as well as the waist up.

Thanks a lot radical Islam..... you suck!

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

I'm not sure why folks want to be amongst 50,000+ drunk people anyway.

That being said, anywhere that's a gun free zone needs to have full pat downs and armed security since I can't carry my own weapon.

I used to try and get down to Seattle once a year to catch a Seahawks game. They used to sell package deals up here for flight, hotel, game tickets, etc.. for Alaskans and then they said we got too drunk and rowdy so Alaska Airlines ended that deal.

Seems like a CFL game in Yellow Knife might be better and cheaper. D'ya think? :P
