2 questions about possible hold ups at interview

Timeline

Ok so just going over everything a million times as we are near CC any day now, On my hubbys police record he has 1 charge, vandalism, when he was 16, he broke a few windows got fined 150gbp, he has the court records and stuff, will this affect us? im pretty sure it wouldnt but never know with this visa, also, he over stayed his visa waiver by 147days, but left on his own, i was very ill at the time an he stayed to help with kids and with a lawyers word he wouldnt have to go home we could adjust with him in the states, this turned out to be a bunch of b.s we now know, will this affect his visa?

Just in case get a police subject access, he requests it from the police station where he was charged I think, then if the embassy officer asks for information he can hand him the access page , this is what many people do :)

Yeah the whole AOS from VWP is illegal and a icky area... it can and has been done.... but often needs major lawyer assistance and can take way longer than doing it this way, plus there is a chance they could of said no and deported him, so he was right to leave and do things the right way :)

You will be fine though I think, just be prepared for both to come up at interview, and have him answer things honestly and with a smile :)

Total time from posting I-130 to VISA in hand 7 months 21 days :D
