Hi everyone,

Just looking for a little reassurance or info.

I am planning to POE on Sept 23, 2011 and I am nervous that I may be denied entry into the US. There is no reason or hidden issues I am just a worrier and won't be able to relax until I am with my Fiance. I am Canadian and he is American. I have been to the US so many times, have never been denied entry. There is no hidden agenda or anything shady. I am flying from Edmonton into Seattle.

Can they deny you at POE and if so what would be reasons?

Thanks in advance for the support and info.

They can deny you because they are having a bad day and feel like it.

Your entering from Canada you will be fine, smile, look them in the eye, be polite answer questions they ask you and then be on your way thats all.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Thank you Inky.

Is there any paper work I will have to fill out or anything like that?
